The Positive Impact of Embracing Career Transitions:
When I was offered a promotion to a bank manager, I faced a significant decision. Instead of advancing in banking, I left my home country, India, and moved abroad to support my husband’s career. This decision meant stepping away from a promising path in banking.
Years later, I discovered my true passion for reading and writing, which led me to pursue a career as an author. Reflecting on this transition, I feel no regret.
